A: Please keep the pack bag and contact me at first, I will reply to you within 24hours(about 48hours on weekend).
4. Q: I got my order but it is damaged, what should I do?
A: If the outer packing is obviously damaged, please take a photo immediately and refuse to sign in, then contact me in time.

We are with pleasure to accept return/refund/replacement within 7 days after the product is received under the following conditions. Or else, the return/refund/replacement could not be issued.
